      <title>Leopard CRM 1.4.0.2 Release Notes</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Leopard CRM has been updated to version 1.4.0.2.&amp;nbsp; This is mainly a bug fix release with at least one critical fix.&amp;nbsp; All customers will receive priority updates over the next 24 hours.&amp;nbsp; Changes include:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Print Report on Event error fixed when the event has no type or facilitator&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;When importing data an intermittent problem existed where if a person already existed in the system, the update was changing company and address details incorrectly. This has now been fixed.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;If there are no sales against a person when adding a note, the sales prompt no longer appears.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Error fixed when deleting sales activity from the person screen.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Error fixed when trying to view the calendar after deleting a project with milestone dates within the calendar range.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;If an event used to have a short name assigned to show within the calendar, but was then removed, the calendar now displays these events correctly.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Changes to calendar reminders are now saved correctly. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Please contact support@leopardcrm.com with any questions or feedback.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>How to create a Person/Contact</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;To create a person/contact record in Leopard CRM, just follow these steps:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Select &amp;quot;~ Add new person&amp;quot; in the main menu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="/images/support/add_new_person_menu.jpg" border="0" alt="add new person menu item" width="188" height="194" /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Enter the first name and last name of the person.&amp;nbsp; These are the only required fields for a person record.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;If the person belongs to a company (this is optional), type the company name in the &amp;quot;Company name&amp;quot; field.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="/images/support/add_new_person_company.jpg" border="0" alt="add new person company search" width="407" height="164" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As you type, Leopard CRM will search through existing companies to find a match.&amp;nbsp; It will show the results of the search in the &amp;quot;Company search&amp;quot; box.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you see the company name that you want appear in the Company Search box, then click on the company you want and it will place the name into the Company Name field and disable further entry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you select the wrong company in the search box, just click on &amp;quot;Search again&amp;quot; to re-enter it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If the company name does not exist within Leopard CRM's database, just type the full name into the Company Name field and a new company record will be created automatically. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Select your region and referral source.&amp;nbsp; Although they are optional, these fields can be helpful in marketing to different segments of your contacts.&amp;nbsp; These lists can be edited by selecting &amp;quot;Administration -&amp;gt; System Options -&amp;gt; Edit Lists&amp;quot; from the menu.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add contact details (eg: phone, fax, email) by clicking on the &amp;quot;New&amp;quot; button within the &amp;quot;Contact Details&amp;quot; section.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add addresses by clicking on the &amp;quot;New&amp;quot; button within the &amp;quot;Addresses&amp;quot; section.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Once you have entered all the desired details, click on the &amp;quot;Save&amp;quot; button at the bottom of the screen. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;</description>
