 - Accuracy of sales pipeline graph improved (was off by a couple of pixels)
 - Sales Pipeline figures shown on graph
     (future improvements will improve number visibility when actual sales are close to matching the pipeline, and if actual sales are a low percentage)
 - Various sales pipeline bug fixes
 - Recent sales tab shows my sales
 - Recent sales tab now also shows my managed sales
 - SSL encryption improvements
 - Sales status graph on dashboard now appears correctly when having only one sale in the system
 - Pipeline graphs don't show at all if figures are 0 (used to show a small line)
 - A warning appears if trying to import with Safari 3 (future improvements will target full CSV import compatibility with Safari 3)
 - Set "all projects" toggle on calendar default to off
